Research of Tri-State Optical Signal Detectors for Ternary Optical Computers

چکیده
A tri-state optical signal detector (TOD) is designed in this article to improve the accuracy and stability of decoding results ternary computer (TOC). The TOD consists three modules: a light-sensing module, voltage divider data latching conversion module. First, circuit with adjustable resistors used achieve parallel optical–electrical for each LCD pixel on photosensitive sensor plus latch structure. Second, problem storage after photoelectric solved. Third, transcoding from output input encoder (TOE) given. experimental show that paper effective feasible.
